The Bureau of CCI France consists of ten to fifteen members, each of its members having one vote, namely:
A President and three Vice-Presidents;
A Secretary;
A Treasurer;
A Deputy Treasurer.
Each holder of one of the above positions is elected by the general meeting, separately in that capacity by a separate vote;
Three to eight other members, elected at the next general meeting, convened on a date no later than 31 March of the year in question, from a list proposed by the president, taking into account, under conditions defined by the internal regulations of CCI France, the size and diversity of the network’s establishments. The Bureau thus completed must include at least one president of a metropolitan chamber of commerce and industry as defined in the second paragraph of article L. 711-1, a president of a territorial chamber of commerce and industry with fewer than 10,000 nationals, a president of a territorial chamber of commerce and industry with between 10,000 and 30,000 nationals and the president of the Paris-Ile-de-France regional chamber of commerce and industry and the president of a territorial or departmental chamber of commerce and industry in Ile-de-France.
Between two renewals, at the nearest general meeting and no later than two months following the vacancy, a replacement shall be provided for any member of the bureau, even if this item has not been included on the agenda of this meeting, subject to prior information of the members of the general meeting no later than five days before the meeting of this meeting is held.
If the entire executive committee has resigned, the responsible minister will take care of day-to-day business until a new executive committee is elected.
During the term of office, the President of CCI France may propose to the General Meeting that the composition of the executive committee be changed, or that certain members be replaced, up to a limit of half the members of the executive committee.
