Article R711-60 of the French Commercial code

The Steering Committee consists of:

1° The president of CCI France;

2° The presidents of the regional chambers of commerce and industry;

3° Members of the bureau who are not presidents of the regional chambers of commerce and industry;

4° Presidents of CCI France commissions designated by the internal regulations, when they are not already members of the Management Board under one of the preceding provisions;

5° A president of a chamber in the overseas collectivities governed by the article 74 of the Constitution and New Caledonia representing the latter.

Article R711-60

Le comité directeur se compose :

1° Du président de CCI France ;

2° Des présidents des chambres de commerce et d’industrie de région ;

3° Des membres du bureau non présidents des chambres de commerce et d’industrie de région ;

4° Des présidents des commissions de CCI France désignés par le règlement intérieur, lorsqu’ils ne sont pas déjà membres du comité directeur au titre de l’une des dispositions précédentes ;

5° D’un président d’une chambre des collectivités d’outre-mer régies par l’article 74 de la Constitution et de la Nouvelle-Calédonie représentant ces dernières.
