The general meeting may only validly deliberate if the number of members present or represented is at least equal to two-thirds of the members in office or if the members present represent two-thirds of the voting rights.
In the event that this quorum is not reached, the chairman of the meeting shall convene a new general meeting within the following fifteen days, which may validly deliberate without a quorum requirement.
The general meeting may only deliberate on the matters included on the agenda.
