Article R711-75-1 of the French Commercial code

The arbitration clause and the arbitration agreement shall be concluded in writing by the authority of the establishment competent to enter into the contract which is the subject thereof pursuant to the internal rules of the establishment. These rules define the authority competent to take measures to enforce the arbitration award.

La clause compromissoire et le compromis sont conclus par écrit par l’autorité de l’établissement compétente pour passer le contrat qui en fait l’objet en application du règlement intérieur de l’établissement. Ce règlement définit l’autorité compétente pour prendre les mesures d’exécution de la sentence arbitrale.
