Article R712-15-1 of the French Commercial code

The publication of the accounts of the network’s establishments provided for in Article L. 712-6 is carried out by the establishment in the month following its approval by the supervisory authority. The medium used for publication is the establishment’s website or, in the case of interconsular groupings or establishments that do not have a website, the website of the regional chamber to which they are attached or the head office of the interconsular grouping.

La publication des comptes des établissements du réseau prévue à l’article L. 712-6 est assurée par l’établissement dans le mois qui suit son approbation par l’autorité de tutelle. Le support retenu pour la publication est le site internet de l’établissement ou pour les groupements interconsulaires ou établissements ne disposant pas d’un site internet celui de la chambre de région de rattachement ou du siège du groupement interconsulaire.
