Article R712-25-1 of the French Commercial code

The fund for the modernisation, rationalisation and financial solidarity of the chambers of commerce and industry mentioned in 10° of Article L. 711-16 is managed by CCI France through a third-party account.

The allocation of the fund’s income is adopted by the General Meeting of CCI France by a majority of the members present or represented.

CCI France submits an annual report on the use of the sums allocated to the fund to the supervisory minister when the accounts for the previous financial year are sent.

Le fonds de modernisation, de rationalisation et de solidarité financière des chambres de commerce et d’industrie mentionné au 10° de l’article L. 711-16 est géré par CCI France au moyen d’un compte de tiers.

L’affectation des produits du fonds est adoptée par l’assemblée générale de CCI France à la majorité des membres présents ou représentés.

CCI France transmet annuellement au ministre de tutelle, lors de la transmission des comptes relatifs à l’exercice précédent, un rapport sur l’utilisation des sommes affectées au fonds.
