Article R712-28 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The declaration of division mentioned in Article R. 712-27 is accompanied by proof of payment of the prescribed fee.

The conditions of presentation and the content of the declaration of division are defined by decision of the Director General of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle.

If the declaration does not satisfy these conditions, the procedure provided for in 1° of article R. 712-11.

La déclaration de division mentionnée à l’article R. 712-27 est accompagnée de la justification du paiement de la redevance prescrite.

Les conditions de présentation et le contenu de la déclaration de la division sont définis par décision du directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle.

Si la déclaration ne satisfait pas à ces conditions, il est fait application de la procédure prévue au 1° de l’article R. 712-11.
