Article R7122-11 of the French Labour Code

I.-If the regional prefect for the location of the main establishment of the live performance company or the location of the public performance establishes that the activity does not comply with the legal or regulatory requirements relating to the profession of live performance promoter mentioned in article L. 7122-7, he will inform the live performance promoter by any means, inviting him to submit written observations and, where appropriate, to regularise his situation within a period of one month from this notification. The entrepreneur may ask to be heard by the Regional Prefect.

II – The Regional Prefect informs the live performance promoter of the outcome of the procedure.

In the event of opposition to the continuation of the activity, the entrepreneur may no longer carry on his activity in France and the invalidity of the receipt is recorded on the public website of the teleservice mentioned in article R. 7122-2.

Article R7122-11

I.-Si le préfet de région du lieu de l’établissement principal de l’entreprise de spectacles vivants ou du lieu de la représentation publique constate que l’exercice de l’activité ne satisfait pas aux exigences légales ou réglementaires relatives à la profession d’entrepreneur de spectacles vivants mentionnées à l’article L. 7122-7, il en informe par tout moyen l’entrepreneur de spectacles vivants en l’invitant à présenter des observations écrites et, le cas échéant, à régulariser sa situation dans le délai d’un mois à compter de cette notification. L’entrepreneur peut demander à être entendu par le préfet de région.

II.-Le préfet de région informe l’entrepreneur de spectacles vivants des suites données à la procédure.

En cas d’opposition à la poursuite de l’activité, l’entrepreneur ne peut plus exercer son activité en France et l’invalidité du récépissé est portée sur le site internet public du téléservice mentionné à l’article R. 7122-2.
