Article R7122-2 of the French Labour Code

The live performance promoter sends the declaration provided for in 2° of article L. 7122-3 to the regional prefect, or informs him of his activity in application of article L. 7122-6, by means of a teleservice mentioned in article L. 112-9 of the code of relations between the public and the administration, set up by the minister responsible for culture.

The teleservice allows missing documents or information to be notified to the declarant without delay and, when the declaration is complete, a declaration receipt to be sent without delay. The receipt will include the registration number.

If no response is received from the administration within one month of the date of the receipt, the declaration is deemed to be unopposed.

The public teleservice website contains a list of declaration receipts.

The list of documents and information to be provided in application of articles L. 7122-3, L. 7122-4, L. 7122-5 and L. 7122-6 is set by an order of the Minister for Culture.

L’entrepreneur de spectacles vivants adresse au préfet de région la déclaration prévue par le 2° de l’article L. 7122-3, ou l’informe de son activité en application de l’article L. 7122-6, au moyen d’un téléservice mentionné à l’ article L. 112-9 du code des relations entre le public et l’administration , mis en place par le ministre chargé de la culture.

Le téléservice permet le signalement sans délai au déclarant des pièces ou informations manquantes et, lorsque la déclaration est complète, l’envoi sans délai d’un récépissé de déclaration. Le récépissé mentionne le numéro de la déclaration.

Le silence gardé par l’administration pendant un mois à compter de la date du récépissé vaut absence d’opposition à la déclaration.

Le site internet public du téléservice comporte la liste des récépissés de déclaration.

La liste des documents et informations à fournir en application des articles L. 7122-3, L. 7122-4, L. 7122-5 et L. 7122-6 est fixée par un arrêté du ministre chargé de la culture.
