The employer shall send the authorised body the sections of the single simplified declaration by electronic means or by electronic data interchange under conditions defined by joint order of the ministers responsible for labour and social security.
However, employers who meet the conditions set out in the second paragraph of Article L. 133-9 of the Social Security Code may send the authorised body the sections of the single simplified declaration by post or fax.
The authorised body will issue a message or acknowledgement of receipt, as appropriate.
