Article R7122-6 of the French Labour Code

Any change in the information contained in the declaration must be notified to the Regional Prefect within fifteen days of this change, by updating the declaration using the teleservice mentioned in article R. 7122-2.

When the modification concerns the cessation of presence in the company of any natural person fulfilling at least one of the conditions mentioned in 1° to 3° of article R. 7122-3, or of any natural person fulfilling the condition mentioned in the last paragraph of the same article, the legal entity performing arts entrepreneur must also provide proof of their replacement respectively within three months and within one month of their departure. Failing this, the Regional Prefect may initiate the procedure provided for in article R. 7122-11.

Article R7122-6

Toute modification dans les éléments constitutifs de la déclaration est portée à la connaissance du préfet de région, dans un délai de quinze jours suivant ce changement, par actualisation de la déclaration au moyen du téléservice mentionné à l’article R. 7122-2.

Lorsque la modification porte sur la cessation de présence dans l’entreprise de toute personne physique remplissant au moins l’une des conditions mentionnées aux 1° à 3° de l’article R. 7122-3, ou de toute personne physique remplissant la condition mentionnée au dernier alinéa du même article, la personne morale entrepreneur de spectacles vivants justifie en outre de leur remplacement respectivement dans les trois mois et dans le mois suivant leur départ. A défaut, le préfet de région peut engager la procédure prévue à l’article R. 7122-11.
