Article R7124-17 of the French Labour Code

The special register is made available to the Labour Inspectorate and to the child’s legal representatives in the event of selection or employment. The child’s legal representatives countersign it at least quarterly.
In the event of an inspection of the selection or employment of a child model, the child and his or her legal representatives shall be heard by the Labour Inspectorate at its request or at their own request.

Article R7124-17

Le registre spécial est tenu à la disposition de l’inspection du travail et des représentants légaux de l’enfant en cas de sélection ou d’emploi. Les représentants légaux de l’enfant le contresignent au moins trimestriellement.
En cas de contrôle de la sélection ou de l’emploi d’un enfant mannequin, celui-ci ainsi que ses représentants légaux sont entendus par l’inspection du travail sur sa demande ou à leur propre demande.
