Article R7124-19-2 of the French Labour Code

The administrative authority defined in article R. 7124-1 grants the authorisation, for a renewable period of one year, on the assent of a commission whose composition and mode of operation are determined in section 3 of this chapter.

It may also suspend approval pursuant to article R. 7124-19-4.

The authorisation includes the name of the child authorised to work with the employer to carry out the activity mentioned in 5° of article L. 7124-1.

Article R7124-19-2

L’autorité administrative définie à l’article R. 7124-1 accorde l’agrément, pour une durée d’un an renouvelable, sur avis conforme d’une commission dont la composition et le mode de fonctionnement sont déterminés à la section 3 du présent chapitre.

Elle peut également le suspendre en application de l’article R. 7124-19-4.

L’agrément comporte le nom de l’enfant autorisé à travailler avec l’employeur pour réaliser l’activité mentionnée au 5° de l’article L. 7124-1.
