Article R7124-23 of the French Labour Code

Within a period of one month from the date of submission of the application for individual authorisation, approval or renewal of approval, and provided that the file submitted is complete, the administrative authority defined in article R. 7124-1 will notify the interested parties :

1° Refusal of authorisation or approval ;

2° The fact that it is proceeding with further investigation and, in this case, the one-month period is extended by one month;

3° It makes the authorisation or approval subject to compliance with certain conditions or procedures;

4° It grants the authorisation or approval.

A copy of this notification is sent, in the cases provided for in 3° and 4°, to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

Article R7124-23

Dans le délai d’un mois à compter du jour du dépôt de la demande d’autorisation individuelle, d’agrément ou de renouvellement d’agrément et à la condition que le dossier déposé soit complet, l’autorité administrative définie à l’article R. 7124-1 notifie aux parties intéressées :

1° Le refus de l’autorisation ou l’agrément ;

2° Le fait qu’il procède à un complément d’instruction et, dans ce cas, le délai d’un mois est prorogé d’un mois ;

3° Il soumet l’autorisation ou l’agrément au respect de certaines conditions ou modalités ;

4° Il accorde l’autorisation ou l’agrément.

Une copie de cette notification est adressée, dans les cas prévus aux 3° et 4°, à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
