Article R7124-25 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The President of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council receives, for the actual performance of his duties, an allowance at most equal to 50% of the maximum functional allowance that may be allocated to the President of the Assembly of French Guyana, pursuant to Article L. 7125-20.

Le président du conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation perçoit, pour l’exercice effectif de ses fonctions, une indemnité au plus égale à 50 % de l’indemnité maximale de fonctions pouvant être allouée au président de l’assemblée de Guyane, en application de l’article L. 7125-20.
