Article R7124-27 of the French Labour Code

The employment of a child under the age of six in modelling activities and prior selection for such activities may only be authorised for the following periods:
1 Maximum daily duration:
a) One hour, including no more than half an hour continuously, up to the age of three;
b) Two hours, including no more than one hour continuously, from the age of three to six;
2 Maximum weekly duration:
a) One hour, up to the age of six months;
b) Two hours, from the age of six months to three years;
c) Three hours, from the age of three to six years.

L’emploi d’un enfant âgé de moins de six ans révolus exerçant une activité de mannequin et la sélection préalable en vue de cette activité ne peuvent être autorisés que selon les durées suivantes :
1 Durée journalière maximum :
a) Une heure, dont pas plus d’une demi-heure en continu, jusqu’à l’âge de trois ans révolus ;
b) Deux heures, dont pas plus d’une heure en continu, de trois à six ans ;
2 Durée hebdomadaire maximum :
a) Une heure, jusqu’à l’âge de six mois ;
b) Deux heures, de six mois à trois ans ;
c) Trois heures, de trois ans à six ans.
