Article R7124-30 of the French Labour Code

During school holidays, the employment of a child aged between six and sixteen in a modelling activity and prior selection with a view to carrying out this activity may only be authorised during half of the holidays and for the following periods:
1 Maximum daily duration :
a) Six hours, of which no more than two hours continuously, from six to eleven years of age;
b) Seven hours, of which no more than three hours continuously, from twelve to sixteen years of age;
2 Maximum weekly duration:
a) Twelve hours, from six to eleven years of age;
b) Fifteen hours, from twelve to fourteen years of age;
c) Eighteen hours, from fourteen to sixteen years of age.

Durant les périodes de congés scolaires, l’emploi d’un enfant âgé de six à seize ans exerçant une activité de mannequin et la sélection préalable en vue d’exercer cette activité ne peuvent être autorisés que pendant la moitié des congés et selon les durées suivantes :
1 Durée journalière maximum :
a) Six heures, dont pas plus de deux heures en continu de six à onze ans ;
b) Sept heures, dont pas plus de trois heures en continu, de douze à seize ans ;
2 Durée hebdomadaire maximum :
a) Douze heures, de six à onze ans ;
b) Quinze heures, de douze à quatorze ans ;
c) Dix-huit heures, de quatorze à seize ans.
