Any entry made in the National Register of Trademarks shall be mentioned in the Official Bulletin of Industrial Property.
Any interested person may obtain from the Institute:
1° A certificate of identity including the design of the mark, the indications relating to the filing and registration, and, where applicable, the limitations to the list of goods or services resulting from a withdrawal, renunciation, division or decision;
2° A reproduction of the entries made in the National Register of Marks;
3° A certificate stating that no entry exists.
From the day of the publication provided for in the first paragraph, any interested person may request to inspect a trademark application file and obtain a reproduction of the documents at his own expense. The Institute may make use of this option subject to proof of a sufficient interest.
However, documents not communicated to the applicant and those containing personal data or relating to business secrets shall be excluded from communication to the public.
