Article R722-10 of the French Commercial code

The public installation of the President and the newly elected judges shall take place during the month of January. In the event of supplementary elections organised in accordance with the second paragraph of Article L. 723-11, the installation of the elected judges shall take place within fifteen days of receipt by the Public Prosecutor of the minutes of the electoral operations.

In the event of the creation of a commercial court, the first president of the court of appeal within whose jurisdiction the consular court has its seat shall proceed with the public installation of the elected judges.

Article R722-10

L’installation publique du président et des juges nouvellement élus a lieu au cours du mois de janvier. En cas d’élections complémentaires organisées conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 723-11, l’installation des juges élus a lieu dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de la réception par le procureur général du procès-verbal des opérations électorales.

En cas de création d’un tribunal de commerce, le premier président de la cour d’appel dans le ressort duquel la juridiction consulaire a son siège procède à l’installation publique des juges élus.
