Each year, within a fortnight of the installation of the newly elected judges, the president of the court shall fix, by order made after consulting the general meeting, the table of judges of the commercial court. These are entered on the roll in the following order:
1° The president of the court;
2° The vice-president;
3° The chamber presidents;
4° The judges.
The rank of the chamber presidents is determined by seniority in the duties of chamber president performed in the commercial court; in the event of a tie in seniority, priority goes to the oldest.
The rank of judges is determined by seniority in the judicial functions exercised in the commercial court and, between judges elected by the same ballot, by the number of votes each of them obtained in the election; in the event of a tie, priority goes to the oldest.
