Article R722-21 of the French Commercial code

The president, vice-president, presidents of chambers and judges in office or honorary judges of the commercial courts may not refer to their status without specifying the commercial court where they hold or have held office; they may not mention it in advertising or commercial correspondence.

Le président, le vice-président, les présidents de chambre et les juges en exercice ou honoraires des tribunaux de commerce ne peuvent faire état de leur qualité sans préciser le tribunal de commerce où ils exercent ou ont exercé leurs fonctions ; ils ne peuvent en faire mention dans la publicité et la correspondance commerciale.
