Article R722-25 of the French Commercial code

The authority to which the declaration was submitted is responsible for keeping this declaration and any additional declarations.

These declarations are kept in a sealed double envelope. The outer envelope shall be marked as confidential and with the words “Declaration of interests” followed by the surname and first name of the judge. The inner envelope is marked in the same way, together with a slip indicating the names of the persons authorised to access it. This envelope is signed by the last person to access the declaration, together with his or her surname and first name.

L’autorité à laquelle la déclaration a été remise est responsable de la conservation de cette déclaration et des déclarations complémentaires.

Ces déclarations sont conservées sous double pli cacheté. L’enveloppe extérieure est revêtue d’une mention relative à son caractère confidentiel et de la mention “ Déclaration d’intérêts ” suivie du nom et du prénom du juge. L’enveloppe intérieure comporte les mêmes mentions ainsi qu’un bordereau d’émargement des personnes habilitées à y accéder. Cette enveloppe est revêtue de la signature, du nom et du prénom apposés par la dernière personne ayant accédé à la déclaration.
