Article R7226-18 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Each year, as part of the preparation of the budget of the territorial collectivity of Martinique, the president of the economic, social, environmental, cultural and educational council draws up a project concerning the appropriations necessary for its operation and the carrying out of its studies, which he submits to the president of the executive council.

The appropriations necessary for the operation of the economic, social, environmental, cultural and educational council are the subject of a separate entry in the budget of the territorial collectivity. They are notified each year, after the vote on the budget, to the president of the economic council, by the president of the executive council.

Chaque année, dans le cadre de la préparation du budget de la collectivité territoriale de Martinique, le président du conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation élabore un projet portant sur les crédits nécessaires à son fonctionnement et à la réalisation de ses études qu’il soumet au président du conseil exécutif.

Les crédits nécessaires au fonctionnement du conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation font l’objet d’une inscription distincte au budget de la collectivité territoriale. Ils sont notifiés chaque année, après le vote du budget, au président du conseil économique, par le président du conseil exécutif.
