The Chairman of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council and the members of the Bureau shall be elected under the conditions laid down in the Council’s Rules of Procedure for the duration of the Council’s term of office.
A vacancy occurring in the Bureau shall be filled at the next meeting of the Council following its establishment.
