Article R723-28 of the French Commercial code

The decision of the judicial court is notified within three days by the clerk’s office to the parties by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The clerk’s office shall notify the prefect and the public prosecutor within the same time limit.

The court’s decision is not subject to opposition.

La décision du tribunal judiciaire est notifiée dans les trois jours par le greffe aux parties par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception. Le greffe en donne avis au préfet et au procureur de la République dans le même délai.

La décision du tribunal n’est pas susceptible d’opposition.
