Article R732-9 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in New Caledonia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I, references to provisions relating to the receivership or compulsory liquidation of companies are replaced by references to equivalent locally applicable provisions having the same purpose.

Article R732-9

I. – Sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :
