Article R7331-8 of the French Labour Code

The articles of association of the cooperative of activity and employment determine the principles governing the contribution of employee entrepreneurs to the financing of the pooled services implemented by the cooperative.

The general meeting decides on the bases, rates or amounts of the contribution in accordance with the majority requirements for ordinary general meetings set out in articles L. 223-29, L. 223-30, L. 225-98 or L. 227-9 of the French Commercial Code, depending on the legal form of the cooperative for activity and employment.

The employee contractor contract mentioned in 2° of article L. 7331-2 may provide that the bases, rates or amounts of the contribution mentioned in the previous paragraph are, where applicable, modified by the general meeting.

Les statuts de la coopérative d’activité et d’emploi déterminent les principes régissant la contribution des entrepreneurs salariés au financement des services mutualisés mis en œuvre par la coopérative.


L’assemblée générale arrête les assiettes, les taux ou les montants de la contribution aux conditions de majorité des assemblées générales ordinaires prévues, selon la forme juridique de la coopérative d’activité et d’emploi, aux articles L. 223-29, L. 223-30, L. 225-98 ou L. 227-9 du code de commerce.


Le contrat d’entrepreneur salarié mentionné au 2° de l’article L. 7331-2 peut prévoir que les assiettes, les taux ou les montants de la contribution mentionnés au précédent alinéa sont, le cas échéant, modifiés par l’assemblée générale.
