Article R7343-22 of the French Labour Code

Applications from the organisations referred to in Article L. 7343-2 shall be submitted electronically. An organisation that applies in two sectors of activity submits two separate applications.

In each sector of activity, associations and trade unions affiliated to the same trade union organisation at cross-industry level declare themselves as candidates under the name of that organisation alone.

Each candidate organisation appoints a proxy to represent it throughout the various stages of the electoral procedure.

Les candidatures des organisations mentionnées à l’article L. 7343-2 sont transmises par voie électronique. Une organisation qui se porte candidate dans deux secteurs d’activité présente deux candidatures distinctes.

Dans chaque secteur d’activité, les associations et syndicats affiliés à une même organisation syndicale au niveau interprofessionnel se déclarent candidats sous le seul nom de cette organisation.

Chaque organisation candidate désigne un mandataire qui la représente au cours des différentes étapes de la procédure électorale.
