Article R7343-24 of the French Labour Code

Any declaration of candidacy by an organisation must be accompanied by the following documents:

1° A declaration on honour by the representative of this organisation certifying that his candidacy meets the requirements laid down in article L. 7343-6 and specifying the sector(s) of activity in which the organisation is standing as a candidate;

2° A copy of its articles of association;

3° A copy of the receipt for filing its articles of association;

4° Evidence and documents proving the organisation’s independence and financial transparency;

5° A copy of the decision empowering the representative to take the necessary steps to declare the candidacy or of the statutory provisions on which this mandate is based;

6° A copy of a document certifying the identity of the representative.

In the event of candidatures in two sectors of activity, the documents common to these candidatures shall be sent in a single copy for both candidatures.

Article R7343-24

Toute déclaration de candidature d’une organisation est accompagnée des pièces suivantes :

1° Une déclaration sur l’honneur du mandataire de cette organisation attestant que sa candidature satisfait aux exigences prévues à l’article L. 7343-6 et précisant le ou les secteurs d’activité dans lesquels cette organisation se porte candidate ;

2° Une copie de ses statuts ;

3° Une copie du récépissé de dépôt de ses statuts ;

4° Les éléments et documents permettant de justifier de l’indépendance et de la transparence financière de l’organisation ;

5° Une copie de la décision ayant donné pouvoir au mandataire pour effectuer les démarches nécessaires à la déclaration de candidature ou des dispositions statutaires fondant ce mandat ;

6° Une copie d’un document permettant d’attester l’identité du mandataire.

En cas de candidature dans deux secteurs d’activité, les pièces communes à ces candidatures sont transmises en un seul exemplaire pour les deux candidatures.
