Article R7343-25 of the French Labour Code

The Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi, which is responsible for examining the declaration of candidacy, will issue an electronic receipt to the representative of the candidate organisation as soon as the declaration complies with the deadline set by the order referred to in Article R. 7343-23.

If the applicant organisation does not meet the conditions laid down in Article L. 7343-6, the Authority will notify the applicant organisation’s representative of its refusal to validate the application.

Validation of the application shall be notified electronically to the representative of an applicant organisation whose application is admissible.

Article R7343-25

L’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi, chargée de l’instruction de la déclaration de candidature, délivre par voie électronique un récépissé au mandataire de l’organisation candidate dès lors que cette déclaration satisfait au délai prévu par l’arrêté mentionné à l’article R. 7343-23.

Si l’organisation candidate ne remplit pas les conditions prévues à l’article L. 7343-6, l’Autorité notifie son refus de validation au mandataire de l’organisation candidate.

La validation de la candidature est notifiée par voie électronique au mandataire d’une organisation candidate dont la candidature est recevable.
