Article R7343-27 of the French Labour Code

Decisions relating to the validation of one or more candidacies may be contested, on pain of inadmissibility, by application to the judicial court within seven days of the publication referred to in article R. 7343-26. It may be lodged by any elector or any representative of a candidate organisation under the conditions laid down in articles 54 and 57 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Article R7343-27

La contestation des décisions relatives à la validation d’une ou plusieurs candidatures est formée, à peine d’irrecevabilité, par requête dans un délai de sept jours à compter de la publication mentionnée à l’article R. 7343-26, devant le tribunal judiciaire. Elle peut être formée par tout électeur ou tout mandataire d’une organisation candidate dans les conditions prévues aux articles 54 et 57 du code de procédure civile.
