Article R7343-54 of the French Labour Code

The minutes of the vote count are signed by all the members of the polling station and drawn up in duplicate. As soon as these minutes have been drawn up, the results are announced by the chairman of the polling station and then sent to the voting committee for posting on the premises of the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority.

The results are also published on the website provided for in Article R. 7343-10. A copy of the minutes is immediately sent to the Minister for Labour.

The results are published on the same day as they are announced.

Le procès-verbal de dépouillement est signé de tous les membres du bureau de vote et établi en deux exemplaires. Dès l’établissement de ce procès-verbal, les résultats sont proclamés par le président du bureau de vote, puis transmis à la commission de vote pour affichage dans les locaux de l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi.


Les résultats sont également publiés sur le site internet prévu à l’article R. 7343-10. Un exemplaire du procès-verbal est aussitôt transmis au ministre chargé du travail.


La publication des résultats a lieu le même jour que leur proclamation.
