The commercial relationship is terminated within a maximum period of one month after the platform is notified of the decision of the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes authorising the termination. After this period, the authorisation decision ceases to have effect.
La rupture de la relation commerciale intervient dans un délai maximal d’un mois après la notification à la plateforme de la décision du directeur général de l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes autorisant cette rupture. Au-delà de ce délai, la décision d’autorisation cesse de produire ses effets.
