Article R7343-71 of the French Labour Code

Without prejudice to the exercise of the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the representative may obtain communication of the information used to calculate the substantial drop in activity referred to in Article R. 7343-70 of this code under the conditions provided for in Article L. 7342-7.

Article R7343-71

Sans préjudice de l’exercice des droits prévus aux articles 15 à 21 du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 du Parlement européen et du Conseil relatif à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel et à la libre circulation de ces données, et abrogeant la directive 95/46/ CE, le représentant peut obtenir communication des informations permettant de calculer la baisse substantielle d’activité mentionnée à l’article R. 7343-70 du présent code dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 7342-7.
