Article R741-23 of the French Commercial code

The National Council is responsible in particular for organising initial training, the competitive examination for admission to the profession of commercial court clerk, under the conditions provided for in articles R. 742-6-1 and R. 742-6-2, the course validation interview, under the conditions set out in articles R. 742-7 to R. 742-15-1, and the ongoing training of commercial court clerks and, where applicable, the training of their staff.

It is also responsible for drawing up, each year, in agreement with the clerks of the commercial courts, the list of proposed training courses referred to in article R. 742-9. It monitors training courses.

Article R741-23

Le Conseil national est chargé notamment d’organiser la formation initiale, le concours d’accès à la profession de greffier de tribunal de commerce, dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 742-6-1 et R. 742-6-2, l’entretien de validation du stage, dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 742-7 à R. 742-15-1, et la formation permanente des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce ainsi que, le cas échéant, la formation de leur personnel.

Il a également pour mission d’établir, chaque année, en accord avec les greffiers des tribunaux de commerce la liste de propositions de stages mentionnée à l’article R. 742-9. Il assure le suivi des stages.
