The National Conciliation Commission comprises :
– The Minister in charge of the Merchant Navy or his representative, Chairman ;
– A representative of the Minister of Labour;
– Six representatives of shipowners for commercial shipping and sea fishing respectively;
– Six representatives of seafaring personnel, for commercial shipping and sea fishing respectively.
