Article R743-139-2 of the French Commercial code

Unless they are employed by a clerk of several commercial courts, salaried commercial court clerks may only carry out their duties within a single office.

They may carry out the tasks devolved to commercial court clerks with the exception of those relating to assisting the president of the commercial court in the tasks of administration, organisation and management of the court.

Sauf lorsqu’il est employé par un greffier de plusieurs tribunaux de commerce, le greffier de tribunal de commerce salarié ne peut exercer ses fonctions qu’au sein d’un seul office.

Il peut accomplir les missions dévolues aux greffiers des tribunaux de commerce à l’exception de celles relatives à l’assistance du président du tribunal de commerce dans les tâches d’administration, d’organisation et de gestion du tribunal.
