Article R743-139 of the French Commercial code

In the event of the dissolution of the partnership, notification of this dissolution is brought to the attention of the Minister for Justice, the Keeper of the Seals, by teleprocedure on the website of the Ministry of Justice by the partner or partners who requested the dissolution.

The dissolution of the société en participation is published in the Journal officiel de la République française, at the initiative of the garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice.

Each partner resumes the individual exercise of his functions from the publication mentioned in the second paragraph.

En cas de dissolution de la société, la notification de cette dissolution est portée à la connaissance du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, par téléprocédure sur le site internet du ministère de la justice par l’associé ou les associés ayant demandé la dissolution.

La dissolution de la société en participation est publiée au Journal officiel de la République française, à l’initiative du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice.

Chaque associé reprend l’exercice individuel de ses fonctions à compter de la publication mentionnée au deuxième alinéa.
