Where the work, formalities, diligence or assignments referred to in Annex Article 4a-3 are carried out in his exclusive interest, the representative of the interested party may not claim reimbursement from the latter of the specific fees received by the Registrar.

Lorsque les travaux, formalités, diligences ou missions mentionnés à l’article annexe 4 bis-3 sont accomplis dans son intérêt exclusif, le représentant de la partie intéressée ne peut réclamer à celle-ci le remboursement des honoraires particuliers perçus par le greffier.
