Article R743-158 of the French Commercial code

When the jurisdiction of a commercial court or a court of first instance ruling in commercial matters is modified as a result of a new delimitation of administrative or judicial districts, the procedure shall be in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 743-159 à R. 743-177. The same applies when a court is created or when the registry of a mixed commercial court is entrusted to a commercial court registrar.

Article R743-158

Lorsque le ressort d’un tribunal de commerce ou d’un tribunal judiciaire statuant en matière commerciale est modifié par suite d’une nouvelle délimitation de circonscriptions administratives ou judiciaires, il est procédé conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 743-159 à R. 743-177. Il en est de même lorsqu’un tribunal est créé ou lorsque le greffe d’un tribunal mixte de commerce est confié à un greffier de tribunal de commerce.
