Article R743-165 of the French Commercial code

Unless there is a specific derogation provided for by the decree amending the jurisdiction of a commercial court or a judicial court ruling on commercial matters, the transfer of the files provided for in Article R. 743-162 must be carried out within three months of the date of entry into force of the decree amending the administrative or judicial district concerned.

Article R743-165

Sauf dérogation particulière prévue par le décret modifiant le ressort d’un tribunal de commerce ou d’un tribunal judiciaire statuant en matière commerciale, le transfert des dossiers prévus à l’article R. 743-162 doit être effectué dans le délai de trois mois à compter de la date de l’entrée en vigueur du décret modifiant la circonscription administrative ou judiciaire intéressée.
