Article R743-17 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Article R. 221-127 is applicable in French Polynesia in the version resulting from Decree no. 2019-1379 of 18 December 2019, subject to the adaptations provided for in II.
II. – For the application of I, in the second sentence of the third paragraph of article R. 221-127, the words: ” livrets de développement durable et solidaire and livrets d’épargne populaire” are deleted.

Article R743-17

I. – L’article R. 221-127 est applicable en Polynésie française dans sa rédaction résultant du décret n° 2019-1379 du 18 décembre 2019, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II .
II. – Pour l’application du I, à la seconde phrase du troisième alinéa de l’article R. 221-127, les mots : « , livrets de développement durable et solidaire et livrets d’épargne populaire » sont supprimés.
