When the amendment provided for in Article R. 743-158 affects the jurisdiction of a judicial court ruling in commercial matters or the registry of a mixed commercial court, it gives rise to compensation under the following conditions:
1° In the event of an increase in the jurisdiction of the judicial court, the registrars of the commercial courts shall be compensated by the State for the abolition of their office or the reduction in their territorial jurisdiction;
2° In the event of a reduction in the jurisdiction of the judicial court, the abolition of its commercial jurisdiction or where the registry is entrusted to a registrar of a commercial court, the registrars of the commercial courts that are created or whose jurisdiction is increased or the registrars whose office is created shall pay compensation to the State.
In all cases, the amount of compensation is set by joint order of the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, and the Minister for the Budget.
