Article R743-53 of the French Commercial code

Each associated commercial court clerk carries out his duties on behalf of the company. He shall devote all his professional activity to the company and shall inform the other associated clerks of that activity.

The associated clerk of the commercial court shall exercise on an exclusive basis the profession of clerk of the commercial court as well as all activities related thereto.

Chaque greffier de tribunal de commerce associé exerce ses fonctions au nom de la société. Il consacre à la société toute son activité professionnelle et informe les autres greffiers associés de cette activité.

Le greffier de tribunal de commerce associé exerce à titre exclusif la profession de greffier de tribunal de commerce ainsi que toutes les activités qui s’y rattachent.
