The judge shall orally inform the parties present of the time limit for appeal and the procedures by which this remedy may be exercised and shall simultaneously inform them that only the appeal lodged by the public prosecutor may be declared suspensive by the first president of the court of appeal or his delegate.
The notifications provided for in the first paragraph shall be made by any means and as soon as possible to the parties who have not appeared, although duly summoned, as well as to the public prosecutor, who shall acknowledge receipt.
