Article R744-43 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Access to administrative detention centres by representatives of legal entities that have entered into an agreement pursuant to article R. 744-20 is subject to individual approval granted for a renewable period of three years, on the proposal of each of the legal entities with which an agreement has been entered into.
The agreements referred to in article R. 744-20 determine the number of individual approvals:
1° Specific to each centre for which the legal entity is responsible for operating;
2° Allowing access to all the centres in which the legal entity is responsible for operating.
A natural person may not represent more than one legal entity.

L’accès aux centres de rétention administrative des représentants des personnes morales ayant conclu une convention en application de l’article R. 744-20 est subordonné à un agrément individuel accordé pour une durée de trois ans renouvelable, sur proposition de chacune des personnes morales avec lesquelles a été passée une convention.
Les conventions mentionnées à l’article R. 744-20 déterminent le nombre d’agréments individuels :
1° Propres à chaque centre pour lequel la personne morale est chargée d’intervenir ;
2° Permettant l’accès à tous les centres dans lesquels la personne morale est chargée d’intervenir.
Une personne physique ne peut représenter plus d’une personne morale.
