At least ten days before the meeting, each of the members of the commission shall receive, by any means, communication of the request for an opinion, accompanied by:
1° The prefectoral order setting the composition of the commission;
2° The agenda for the meeting;
3° The letter registering the request provided for in article R. 752-24 ;
4° Of the form provided for in article R. 751-4;
5° Any documents submitted by the applicant.
Within the same timeframe, the date and agenda of the meeting are published in the prefecture’s administrative records (recueil des actes administratifs).
At least five days before the meeting, each of the members of the commission receives, by any means, the investigation reports.
The communication of these documents to the elected representatives called to sit on the commission is equivalent to transmission to their representatives.
