Three months before the end of the suspension period, the secretariat of the departmental committee asks the petitioner to send it, within two months, an update of the information contained in the application file for a business authorisation.

The updated application file is sent to the local investigating department and, in the case of an application for a building permit equivalent to a business authorisation, to the competent authority in the département.
The updated commercial authorisation application file is forwarded to the local investigating department and, in the case of an application for planning permission equivalent to commercial authorisation, to the authority responsible for planning permission.

Trois mois avant le terme de la suspension, le secrétariat de la commission départementale invite le pétitionnaire à lui transmettre, dans un délai de deux mois, une actualisation des données inscrites dans son dossier de demande d’autorisation d’exploitation commerciale.

Le dossier de demande d’autorisation d’exploitation commerciale actualisé est transmis au service instructeur local et, s’il s’agit d’une demande de permis de construire valant autorisation d’exploitation commerciale, à l’autorité compétente en matière de permis de construire.
