Article R752-29 of the French Commercial code

Within ten days of the committee meeting or the date of the tacit opinion, the committee’s opinion is notified by the representative of the State in the département to the applicant, to the authority competent to issue the planning permission and, if this is a separate person, to the author of the request for an opinion either by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or by administrative channels against a receipt, or by electronic mail.

Article R752-29

Dans les dix jours suivant la réunion de la commission ou la date de l’avis tacite, l’avis de la commission est notifié par le représentant de l’Etat dans le département au demandeur, à l’autorité compétente pour délivrer le permis de construire et, s’il s’agit d’une personne distincte, à l’auteur de la demande d’avis soit par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, soit par la voie administrative contre décharge, soit par courrier électronique.
