Article R752-35 of the French Commercial code

The national commission meets when convened by its chairman.

At least five days before the meeting, each member receives, by any means, the agenda as well as, for each dossier:

<1° The opinion or decision of the departmental committee;

2° The minutes of the meeting of the departmental committee;

3° The report of the departmental investigating departments;

4° The appeal(s) against the opinion or decision;

5° The report of the national committee’s investigating department.

La commission nationale se réunit sur convocation de son président.

Cinq jours au moins avant la réunion, chacun des membres reçoit, par tout moyen, l’ordre du jour ainsi que, pour chaque dossier :

1° L’avis ou la décision de la commission départementale ;

2° Le procès-verbal de la réunion de la commission départementale ;

3° Le rapport des services instructeurs départementaux ;

4° Le ou les recours à l’encontre de l’avis ou de la décision ;

5° Le rapport du service instructeur de la commission nationale.
